Support thread: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?375905 </p><p></p><p>The program is a 3 day/week schedule but if you feel you're tired then listen to your body and take extra rest!</p><p>Once a week there's an interval session, it contains 3 training types:</p><p>* warmup/cooldown: easy jog, loosen your limbs... after cooldown consider stretching... </p><p>* slow: easy jog or walk</p><p>* fast: not too fast!!!! run faster than your slow section. it's important to be able to run as fast at the beginning of the first interval as at the end of the last interval. if you have to slow down you're doing your intervals too fast. </p>
