The Interval Training App Professional 1 focuses on interval training and shows you key parameters like interval info, speed, pace, distance, etc. with high sensitivity GPS. Additionally an ANT+™ compatible sensor for heart rate, cadence, speed and food pod monitoring is supported. It is designed as as watch app (and not a data field or widget).</p><p></p><p>An Interval Training App Professional 2 is available with a similar feature set. The main reason behind that is that you can have different interval user settings in both apps in order to avoid complex reconfiguration all the time. Nice application for doing interval training. It takes some experimenting to understand how the interval configuration works. However it is quite powerful. The displays with multiple sensors are really nice.

It is very difficult to register and get the premium version, none of the links work on the website. Also, I have owned this app for over a year and it will periodically reset to the base version, losing all of my settings. And I have to go through long process to register and apply the registration keys. Please fix, very frustrating

I'm really interested in this feature for my vivoactive 3. and would be even better if you could do this within the watch!. could you have some tipe of manual? I really could not figure this one out. I was overwhelmed with all those options. In my head it could be more simple: Warming: - Type: Time/distance - Value: Intervals: - Number of intervals: -Workout -- Type: Time/ Distance -- Value: -Rest -- Type: Time/Distance --Value: Cooldown: - Type: Time/distance - Value: --- Screen options. All the ones you have. Hope this helps!

Bug does not allow disable of Heavy interval. You can set it, but does not sync or save that way. Otherwise app looked like it was what I was looking to find.

For me, this is the messing piece that makes the vivoactive HR the tracker for me. I was told by my doctor to get more exercise, but, at my age, run-walk is better than run. And this does it for me, exactly as I need. It also supports the foot pod for tread-milling. MY questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I could not ask for better. Recommend highly

On Vivoactive HR, lap values like lap speed / lap distance / lap time are not available (not show, neither in Garmin Express nor in Garmin Connect iOS app). Thus, sadly very little use for interval running.

Such app is a great idea and would suit my needs entirely. I like that it shows the current time and battery life. I experience issues which unfortunately restrain me from using this app: When I set the GPS to off - the watch still searches for GPS signal. I tried to set only one screen with 4 fields - it leaves only one screen indeed, however it doesn't show the fields I chose from the list (I'm with vivoactive).
