Very cool data field! I'm trying to use its potential fully, but still cannot figure out how connect stryd with the data field, I'll try to explain: I got installed on my Fênix 5 two data field: the Stryd one and Run Power. When I start running and I display the Stryd's data field I can see the actual power, instead if I switch at the Run Power's data field, I can see all the metrics (HR, pace, time, etc) but power. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for you help!!

Fantastic app if you want to race with a Stryd pod, but use zone definitions different from Stryd. Also, you can use the native Garmin Run activity which allows for data screens with much more data than the 4 field Stryd Workout App screens. The ability to quickly glance at my watch and know what running power zone I'm in via color of the field is invaluable. It doesn't seem like this app is being developed any more, but it could be even better if it had a field that was a bar graph and showed where in the zone you were (relative to min/max) and had the option to buzz when changing between zones.

Hello! Thanks for the app! But I can't figure out how to set up an alert that I've gone out of the zone. For example, if a workout involves 25 minutes in Zone 1, 5 x 1 km laps in Zone 4 after 2 minutes of rest in Zone 1, after 3 laps in Zone 5 after 400 meters of rest, and 5 minutes of cooldown in Zone 1. How do I set up alerts so that I on accelerations, did you know that you had reached the desired zone and did not leave it, and after accelerations, did you know that I was in the rest zone?

Looks promising ! But a little bit tricky to setup ! I can't select a layout on my F6 pro, data field is locked on 6 field layout, no other option. Am I doing something wrong ? Otherwise working great !

Love it! This is the best power datafield. I wished it had the option to turn off the datafield labels in order to get a bigger font size. Even though I have a Fenix 6X, the datafield numbers are small for my tired eyes.

The App is good however interoperability is a serious problem. Runpower and Strydzones are not working together on Garmin Forerunner 945. it is either Styrdzones or Runpower. Can you please fix this issue ASAP!

FR945 with Software 5.00 It doesn't allow to use Stryd Zones and Run Power CIQ at the same time. It's either one or another. This was working just fine on 4.20.

1. Only displays power when using Stryd Zones datafield on another datascreen, despite ANT ID for my Stryd having been provided. 2. Doesn't work on "Run" (only "Threadmill" and "Trail Run") on my 245 Music.

One of the best datafield for stryd out there... if you don't own a Fenix 6. It also seems the developer stopped working on this app. If you're searching for an alternative for a Fenix 6, try 367runfields.
