Distance tracking in open water looks promising. The default lock screen is not needed for watches without touch screen. The breaststroke technique is not registering strokes.

Works great, except, I don't know for what reason the strokes weren't recorded and my GPS also wasn't perfect. Do let me know how I can share more data with you.

Works really well using a Garmin Forerunner 245 music. The only issue is that sometimes the gps shows that I swam 200 m off course and 200m back in a minute, which affects my overall performance. It might be the watch GPS, but this issue doesn't ever happen when I'm running. Is there a way for the user to edit out the incorrect data, ie. Swimming 75mph?

Great at recording most stats. However distance seems to be drastically off with open water swimming. I’m sure it’s a difficult one to gauge, but perhaps taking less measurements at greater intervals as there is less turning in open water would get a better result. After checking against maps, the swim I had was about +50% in distance.

Good app for recording OWS on my vivoactive 4s. Only minor issue is that I would like total swim time to be visible on the screen display

If it would keep recording in meters, it would be 5stars. I keep changing it from yards to meters and it doesn't save which is frustrating, can you let me know if I'm doing it incorrectly? Otherwise, great app!

So far so good. I have a forerunner and it can only track pool swimming so this is very useful because now with the gps i can track my distance more accurately... I have faith the gps trace is good only it stalled a bit but thats probably because of water (my watch being underwater). I dont like that the screen is locked all the time. Also in the end of the swim it showed one distance and then when transferred into connect, strava and tp took away 100m.

A really nice app, it works pretty well. Just one thing that could be nice for me: when I start activity I would like to have the screen unlock, and then I can decide to lock it.

Totaal onbruikbare app. 800 m zwemmen wordt geregistreerd als 2 m. Dat er een probleem met de GPS is, is natuurlijk geen excuus voor slecht functioneren. Zonde van het geld.

For free it's great so has to be 5* one thing I'm not keen on adding seconds onto my swim total time fiddling to get the app to stop the session.

Exactly what I was looking for for an open swim. My Venu SQ only records pool swim so u was looking for an app like this. Distance is more accurate than I was expecting. Especially after reading up on how "unaccurate" a watch gps underwater was, I was pleasantly surprised

I’m a new user of this app, so far I really like it. I do find sometimes the distance changes after I finish a workout, however, it’s always farther than the original, so it’s like bonus meters swam;)

As far the best app for open water swimming to watches that doesn't support open water by Garmin. Everything but distance works great. I have observed that better accuracy is on the venu 2 than Venu 2 plus.

It works well, but when stopping and leaving the water it shows a different distance then when i check it in the app later. Differenz is abaut minus 1/4!! (Watch 2000m, app 1550 m)

El GPS no funciona correctamente y tiene bastante fallo a la hora de computar los metros nadando, pero por lo demas, esta bastante aceptable
