NOTE: to access weather data, it MUST be a watch running CIQ 2 or 3, so won't work on things like the forerunner 23x,630, the fenix 3 devices, and similar, such as the D2 Bravo
You need an APIkey to use the OWM data. Please see https://openweathermap.org/appid

Date and time, with 4 fields with up to 25* options for each one.
steps, %step goal, difference from step goal,7 day steps (marked with an s)
step goal (marked with a g)
calories, 7 day calories (marked with a c)
distance, 7 day distance (marked with m,k,or d)
heart rate (marked with an h)
floors, % floors goal (marked with an f)
intensity minutes, % intensity minutes goal (marked with an i)
utc
specific timezone
sunrise, sunset, next sun event (sunrise or sunset), moon phase (marked with a s for sunset, r for sunrise)
elevation (marked with an e, ', or m)
barometer (marked with a p)
internal temperature of watch (marked with a t or a degree symbol)
Ordinal Day of Year (marked with a y)
ISO Week Number (marked with a w)

On watches that support "1hz" (f5 and newer), seconds all the time, and the heaterate** will also update as soon as it changes. Different timezones can be used for each field.
(* not all 20+ are available on all watches  NOTE: if you see something like "N.A. xx", that means that field isn't available on that watch, and xx is a reason code - Use 'Contact developer" if you have questions.)
