Last time I checked this was not possible via the Connect IQ APIs. But its a great idea and something I would love to add.

I find no issues in the simulator. Have you tried evoking the Menu holding the Back key? Please try it in the "Start Nap" screen. If you keep having issues please contact me with more details.

[email protected]: using forerunner 245, no option to add tone or vibration. After 15 minutes it displays some text option about how was the nap. It did not wake me up after 15 minutes. I checked for options to enable alert but could not find one.

I don't know how to go to the menu on my vivoactive 4. I can see the week but no way to change duration.

To open the menu on the Vivoactive 4 should be Holding-down the Back Key. There you should be able to change the duration for all of the Nap presets (short, medium, long, and extra-long), and pick which one to use.

Thank you for the feedback! To setup a 30 min Nap, just go to "Menu", then "Select nap type" and pick "Medium Nap". You can also fine tune the Nap length if you wish by selecting "Edit". Happy Naps!

Thanks! Hope you find it useful! Feel free to offer feedback on how to improve it. I added the "My Week" feature recently that shows you the current week's naps with color coding for how you felt after them. Give it a peek, it can help you find the time/length that works best for you.
