Running is my main focus. I use the premium version of Vpacer as my main training data field because of its ingenious simplicity - only two highly visible gauges; they let me know in a glance if I am within my required training ranges on two of the 3 main training metrics - no distracting values to follow - just brilliant. Also, depending on the main focus of my training on that day, I also use the premium version of either HeartRate Dial, Cadence Clock or Speedometer on another data field to periodically check current values. Average gauge on these data fields lets me know if, I have been on target and if not by how much - Once again, easy to see visuals. No more squinting !! In races, I plan to use Speedometer to decide on plan A or plan B finish times.
