After getting a GPS fix also shows the heading, altitude and speed.</p>

Seems no matter which direction I am headed the compass is correct but the text says I am going in the opposite direction. Also the degrees don't seem to be updating and are completely different than what my iPhone is telling me... Like off by 100 degrees sometimes

Yeah, I think I adressed this in an earlier remark (where the compass seemed to be reversed). As I have no clue when exactly this happens I added an option where you can specify to reverse the compass (option can be set through the mobile app or garmin connect). Please see if that helps

*E in O austauschen (Deutsche Sprache hinzufügen: O=Osten). *Kompass zu groß, etwas verkleinern, dass Kreis vollständig zu sehen ist. *Schrift dann auch verkleinern. *Bessere und Sofortige GPS Erkennung.

First apologies for the late reply, due to personal life it has been a long while since I done anything with connect iq... Can you supply information on your location? Heard one other report about this from someone in Australia and wondering if it has something to do with hemispheres... The outer compass always directs to the 'true north' while the GPS info is based on the direction in which your heading. But looking into it ;)

You are looking for an app and not a widget... A widget is only allowed to run a certain time after which is goes back to the watchface (unless the user interacts with it). I can make this into an app as well, that would run the whole time but yeah... I originally made this as a widget and that was the intent.

Thanks for the widget, lots of useful info. With the cardinal points shown on the outer ring it might be worth showing the heading in degrees directly on the main screen rather having to calculate it using the offset unless that's used in specific activities I'm not aware of? In the detailed screen could you show the GPS heading and the speed instead of the rad compass bearing ?

Thanks for the feedback! The offset was more to give an indication how far off from the main direction you are, but can indeed also add the actual heading in degrees instead (or next to it). Wrt detailed screen info, sure... Had to make some choices but can see if I can add these instead (or perhaps in the end make a user-selectable list or something). Will look into it later :)
