I have a question about this. I'm on keto, and i been on keto for more than 6 months where i already reached the fat-adaptation stage of solely burning fat for fuel. If im on a 0 carb diet, and all am i burning is fat/ketones, especially after fasting and running on an empty stomach, then do i count the "carbs burned" in this app as fat as well? Because i am no longer burning any carbs or have glycogen stores left.

Handy little data field. I Hong know how accurate it is, but it let's me fine-tune my aerobic workout {currently on the Elliptical Trainer). Normally I train to stay within specific heart rate zones, but with this data field I can also tweak what I'm doing to get optimal fat burning. I realise that this is pretty much a best estimate, but at least I can compare one workout to another
