This datafield is intended for the cyclists who use Varia radar. I missed the "easy & fast to read" datafield with Varia radar battery information. Because of it I created this datafield that displays battery status as icon and together with it, it displays colored icon background. Thanks to it, just a brief look on display is enough to check the battery status.</p><p></p><p>==========================================================</p>

Installed fine in my edge 530 but the data fields don't detect the radar I'm using the Varia RTL515 is there a work around?

Hi, I tested the datafield on new devices and with new radars too and it works ok. I just paired the radar with the device and started the cycling activity.

Hello, Edge 1000 does not support Connect IQ SDK 3.x which is needed for communication with Varia devices, so I can't create the datafield for this device.

Just bought my Edge 1030 Plus and this app wasn’t available on it quite yet, so I emailed the developer and with in a couple days I got an email back telling me to download. I downloaded it, turned on my Varia and created the data field and it worked flawlessly! Great work!

Great app. What I like the most is the screen colours. It really stands out. It would be great if you could change the colour of the other screens on my Garmin Edge. For example heart rate speed etc. a different colour for each one. Any idea how this could be achieve? Thanks Mark

tested with fenix 5S and edge 530. together with varia 510. nice datafield! when batteries is full, background is green. would be looking better when no color if full. look on you're own screen shot.

Hello, the screenshot without a color is Edge 130. This device has only black/white display. No colors. I added colors because of readability. Thanks to the color, you don't need to check the icon. It is faster to read through the ride.

Hello, I am sorry but I am not able to create that field for Edge 1000 because Edge 1000 does not support Connect IQ SDK 3.0 which is needed for this feature
