I did an update and now my Edge 530 will not create MTB routes anymore. The Start Location is blank when I specifically choose a valid start location. If I choose to continue anyways, it says I have to be on a valid trail network. I didn't have this problem before updating.

Really wish I could rate this app a 0. When I first tried the app without a trailforks account it loaded trails in my area. The minute I created an account and linked my garmin that's when I stopped getting the trails in my area. Yet it has no issues loading trails from other states or countries. I reset my device to factory settings and still doesn't work. Contacted support about a month ago sent proof that it showed me no trails in my area, all I would get was NO ROUTE DATA 4 on my garmin 1030 Plus with software v6.75 which isn't even 2 months old. Was told they would address this with the next update, but try to put blame on garmins update and not their app. Was told I could add the trails via their website which is pretty ridiculous as now you end with a long list of trails that aren't even in order that you have to scroll through instead of just having a whole trail system drop menu within the app. After I was done got an email for a discount on the subscription service. If the app doesn't work during the trial period why in the hell would i subscribe to the paid version knowing it STILL WONT WORK? Well the next update came and went and still getting the same message. I'll update my review if they ever decide to fix the app but doubt they are in a rush to fix it as their fix is them telling you to go to their website and add trails 1 by 1 instead of giving riders a working app. I'll consider subscribing when the app works but in the current state it's in I can't do neither let alone recommend this app.

Lately I’ve been getting an (IQ!) error on my 1030 plus every time I try to download the trail.It’s downloading the trail from the Trailforks app but once it’s in the 1030 it just shows up as IQ! Error.Everything is updated.Very frustrating!

Trash. No longer works or displays on the Edge 1030. Garmin support also is a joke.

is working with garmin edge 1000 and 1030 unluckely in germany there are not that many trails to follow. i use trailforks in italy and switzerland

Following the directions of the YT video, I don’t have access the Garmin device under “Save to.” The reason I bought this device (Edge 840) was to use TrailForks on it and it doesn’t seem to work. Also I’m finding the Garmin too complex to figure out and the box has a bunch of stuff in it with no explanations. This is an expensive gadget with zero benefits.

Just paid for an annual subscription only to run into the "maps can not be unlocked" on my Garmin 530. Total waste of time and money. Can't even get a refund

Worked on Epix Gent 2 Sapphire but not available/working for Epix Pro Standard. Cant find the app in the connectiq app store while synced with the Pro.

Does not work on new Edge 1030 Plus, just get "Error 403". Works fine on Forerunner 245, but useless for MTB.

It's tricky to install properly, I needed to create a Trailforks account online, (free) then download the Trailforks app to my phone, and sign in to that, then download the Trailforks app to my Garmin device then launch the Trailforks app on my phone to authorize Garmin to use trailforks. After that no issues. I have installed it on my Garmin Edge 530 and my daughter Garmin Edge Explore. Funny though it downloads courses much easier on my daughters GPS.

Cant authorize it when logging into Trailforks via the Connect app - they need to fix this!

Was great but now it won't let me login and connect to my edge 830. I even pay on my own for a pro account separately. May have to start looking at other options since garmin as a whole seems to be going down the drain.

Buggy and only works sometimes. Waste a lot of time before trying to go out on a trail just trying to get the app to sync. Have to bail and use another app until this one works. Would like a refund on the subscription

Doesn't work on Edge Explore 2, please fix it ASAP! It works on my Edge 230 Plus. Like others have said, just sits on downloading and then produces an error eventually.

Trailforks app is amazing on where I use it. Frankly it is only as good as the data that is put in and we have a person that is incredible at keeping the trails updated. To the person that said my wishlists won’t show in my routes, that’s because it is two different things! If you are having trouble and you think Trailforks is not good then first off you need to find out who your local administrator is and work with them.

Я считаю что это полная хуета когда приложению для навигации в дикой природе нужен интернет для верификации пользователя. Я уже заплатил за сервис, что тоже было тем ещё квестом в наше время. А сегодня вы меня тупо бросили в лесу. Хорошо что Garmin меня вывез.

Using with an Edge Explore 2. Routes just say "downloading..." indefinitely or come up with "phone connection error - 2"
