Very good app, however, there are some bugs that, I believe, may be easily removed. Firstly, I've read there are problems with buzzing in tabata. That can be changed by setting a new workout time. Holding the arrow up while being in AMRAP mode. Doing it in the TABATA mode it skips to RND4TIME (1st bug). It'd also be great if there was a possibility to change modes by puszhing the arrow down (now, you can only skip up).

Looks good, but it isn't possible to edit the training, very disapointing cause the concept of cramming in all the crossfit training protocols is great... unfortunately it doesn't work! That's shame...
You can edit the work and rest times by accessing the App's menu system. It is most unfortunate that Garmin does not offer an intuitive way of accessing the app's menu system and hence most users will go into the garmin native menu system which is totally separate from the app.
To access the app's menu system, ensure the app is runing in the foreground and then long press the menu button. (on the F3, this is the UP key)

It buzzes the entire time the workout is in session unless you pause it. That should be able to be disabled. You should be able to time things like a plank as an exercise. Time would be good. App was a no go with buzzing though. I removed it and won't use it.
You may be using it wrongly. Please ensure you have setup the work and rest times of the various modes that it offers. (AMRAP / RND4TIME / TABATA / EMOM). If you press the start button on the WOD screen, you will get a countdown started and by default the tabata counter will start counting down)
