Does not work consistently with Android phones. I've worked with support, and they've been able to get it work temporarily. But it never lasts. Had this issue both on a VA3 and a VA4s

Try plugging your device into a computer and using Garmin Express to sync/update. If that doesn't work, you can use the Contact Developer button to reach out so we can try to figure out what is wrong.

Can you try using the "contact the developer" button on the Connect IQ Store website instead of in the Connect IQ mobile app?
I liked it when it worked, but now it shows IQ! when I try to use it on my watch.

Keeps blocking other apps on garmin connect, constantly having to reset my watch. Not worth it.
It is unusable for me unfortunately but it could be fixed pretty easily. I'm male but I'd like to know where in a cycly my partner is, without needing to change my gender on Garmin account.
