I’ve used it a handful of times and really like most of the data. It feels like the V02 Max measure is not accurate. Mine was jumping around 10-12 points per mile. It’s never done that on any other activity.

I've had three separate occasions where it tracks my mileage and stats, I stop it, save it, it shows it is saving, but then it is not recorded in my activity history. I have a Garmin Forerunner 245 music.

I downloaded this app due to the free trial period of 6 activities. Works great with my Forerunner 245! I have used this for both in-town groomed tracks and back-country. Really like the data and easy interface of the app! Can't wait to see future updates on the UI but all other functionality on the app is great.

The Tracker apps are the cat's meow, but what could/should be added is the slope function. On all four of the one's I use i.e. XC Skiing, Running, Hiking and Biking. Yeah I know those are not as important in flat countries as they are in the Western Mountains of Canada. As it is I depend on the bike computers (even for XC skiing) to get the grade % as I proceed along. A bit of a pain. Other than that everything is there.

Hi Shaun. The App works fine on my Edge 1000. You also sent me a mail with a picture of your Edge 1030. You use a protection which probably covers your buttons. Furthermore you have probably not read the manual of your Edge device, then you would have read that there are buttons on the bottom of the device. Also read the manual of the app, I sent you. My Setup: FR245 + HRM-Pro Usage to date: 6 days with two sessions per day of either downhill or xc app pro versions. TLDR: excellent add on to watches that don’t natively support xc or downhill tracking. Pros: - Received the code within 5 minutes - No bugs during 12 activities - Adds the activity type downhill or nordic to my FR245 watch, which doesn’t have those activities natively - The data and activity type flow through to Strava correctly - The default data screens weren’t what I wanted, but the customization works well, allowing me to modify the screen to see the data I’m interested in - It’s nice that time of day is always visible in small type at the top Cons: - Data screen menu could use a UI refresh - Doesn’t provide xc ski dynamics (I doubt it would be possible as that’s restricted to FR945, Fenix 6, etc)

This developer listens to his customers. In the previous version, I had missed the green arrow after the definite start command, which I was used to from Garmin apps. Due to misuse, it happened several times that my activity was not recorded. The same applies to stop recording, where I found it important that this is clearly indicated by a red square symbol. This is also available in the new version now. I can recommend this app as a must-have for all cross country skiers and would like to thank the developer for the improved handling.
