I just completed the 10 week schedule and really enjoyed using this app to accomplish my goal. Simple to use, easy interface to navigate, and just enough data in the display that I could find what I was looking for at a quick glance during my runs. Thanks!

Not easy to use whith for runner 630, without up and down. And we can't manage the personal time of walk and run
It's by design that you can not choose the personal time to walk and run: the Start To Run 5k app features a training program that gets harder (ie less walking) the further lesson you'll get to. To choose the lesson on touch devices you can tap the upper or lower half of the screen to either go a lesson up or a lesson down, if you have an idea how to improve the experience for you on your forerunner 630 I'm more than welcome towards your input in the support topic: https://forums.garmin.com/forum/developers/connect-iq/connect-iq-showcase/157092

Awesome . Haven't run in years , but this is really helping me get back into it. Would be nice to see some additional fields like total activity steps , calories etc
