You need the Android companion app for the widget to work: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lehoang.whatswidget</p><p></p><p>Whats Widget fixes a common issue for Whatsapp users (Android only) on Garmin Smartwatches when users cannot see more than one message even if there are many unread messages.</p><p></p><p>Features:</p><p></p><p>- Providing a Whatsapp notification replacement that lets you read up to 10 (premium) or 3 (free) most recent messages per conversation. The length of the notification depends on the watch limitation.</p>

(Vivoactive 3) Needs some improvements, can only see the last message from Whatsapp as a pop-up, when I scroll to conversation section it always says "Incoming Whatsapp Notifications will appear here" - > No conversations check back later. Also I can answer with Yes and No when it pops up, but it would be nice if you can set selected answers yourself

Interesting but needs some more work! - Very useful as it solves the annoying issue with standard WhatsApp notifications showing only 1 message of a chat. The widget itself (besides the notifications) is not so useful as of yet, it shows your latest conversations but they are not easy to read. Screen dimms (Venu), order not logical (reading semtences upside down), scroll very annoying, no mamual scroll. - Is there a way to stop notifications on your smartphone? Now I have double phone notifications, from WhatsApp and from this app. Disabling notifications seems to also disable them on the watch.

Thank you for the feedback. manual scrolling will be added soon. double notifications cannot be avoided as your watch just mirrors the notifications on your phone but I can add the ability to mute it while you are using the phone. in the meantime, you can customize its notification behavior in its settings - sounds and vibration

I think it would be a good application if you could manually control the scrolling of the text and read from top to bottom. With the current system it is very difficult to read long messages.
