This app is invaluable to me, and I'm using it on a daily basis. Perfect for stretching and similar short intervals. Beware of the limitations of garmin widgets, and there's no better and more simple app. I wish i could tell garmin to let the widget live, but that's not on the developer.

Sur ma montre forunner 735xt l'application ne fonctionne pas correctement c'est à dire, quand je mets le minuteur à 90 seconde, le minuteur s'arrête 30 secondes avant. Sa fonctionne à 60 secondes mais au delà sa fonctionne pas. Pouvez-vous faire quelque choses? Cordialement.

Great widget for a limited timer period. Will revert back to Garmin watch after two rounds of 30 secs (or equivalent). This is because Garmin widgets can only last a short time. A hack to prolong widget time (or number of rounds) is to press the light button while timer is active. But if you need more than say one or two intervals just get an app.

Very clean UI, nice functionality. Unfortunately it's mostly blocked by Garmin (Widgets are getting stopped after 1,5 minutes.

This Widget s amazing, it does exactly what it's supposed to do: You enter it, it directly starts the timer. Once you press the button, the timer resets - no confirmations necessary, no menu navigation, nothing which could distract from the main use case. Of course, it has happened to me that I went for a next round of workout without pressing the button, and the widget went to sleep. Unfortunately no way around that, since that's the deal with Garmin's widget mechanics. But hey, it's easier to restart it than an app, too.

This App would be perfect if it wouldn't stop after 2 rounds on my vivoactive 3. Maybe you can create an Isometric Intervall Timer.....15 to 30 sec rounds and save the activity as strenght training.

Apparently, you hit the UP or DOWN button or swipe UP/DOWN when you plug in the watch, which triggers the first or last widget to start. And no, if you deleted the widget, it is impossible that it still runs. Please read the manual, so you know how to work with widgets on your device.
