This data field shows the heart rate zone distribution. The bar colors change dynamically during the activity depending on how much time is spent in each heart rate zone. The single field layout on all watches (except the Vivoactive) displays the time in min:sec alongside separate graphs for each zone.

The data field change appearance depending on the chosen layout.

This version supports user configurable heart rate zones on watches supporting Connect IQ 1.2.1.

The following settings are available (Defaults are provided for watches not supporting user settings):
- Display HR as % of max HR (Default: On)
- Background color of label shows current zone (Default: On)
- HR Zone 1 (Default: 120 BPM)
- HR Zone 2 (Default: 132 BPM)
- HR Zone 3 (Default: 146 BPM)
- HR Zone 4 (Default: 153 BPM)
- HR Zone 5 (Default: 163 BPM)
- HR Max (Default: 194 BPM)
