I am a Firefighter/EMT, and this is the most functional watch face I've found. The always-on second hand is an absolute must for patient care; the 24-clock displayed during the PM makes incident report writing a little easier; and the heart rate monitor is handy during incident operations for personal recovery breaks (not allowed to engage until heart rate is <100 bpm). The alternate time zone is pretty handy on travel as well.

My favourite watch face, analogue but 24hrs.... I haven't found it drains my battery... I occasionally change to another display but I always come back to this...

All good but as everyone says, the second hand disappears. There are better alternatives where the programming is more reliable.
