Did not work after FW update on Venu 2 Uninstall and reinstall the App did help. Works perfect again.

Not at all intuitive on how to sync music from Amazon on Fenix 7 and Garmin instructions are way off. To add music: Hold “menu” button-> click “settings” gear icon -> click “music” -> click “music providers” -> click “Amazon” (or the specific app you downloaded to Garmin IQ) -> click “menu” button-> click “start” button -> click “sync” (connects to wi-fi) -> click “browse” -> click “playlist” -> download your music. In just 10+ steps not listed anywhere! Keep up the good work!

Sono un possessore di venu 2, l’app ha sempre funzionato correttamente, ma con l’aggiornamento firmware 9.17 l’app ha smesso di funzionare, spero che il problema venga risolto il più presto possibile.

Works great on my Venu 2. I've been using this app for about a year now and haven't had any issues. I already have an Amazon prime membership and didn't even know I had access to music untill I got this. My playlists update automatically with no problem when Im connected to wifi and plugged in.

Amazon music doesn't work on vivo 4s in UK. Have been through support with Garmin, downloading the informa, will be changing to a brand that is compatible soon, pity as I did like Garmin..!

Doesn't work in UK on Garmin Sq music watch. Assumes user has a US Amazon account rather than a UK Amazon music account. As Garmin use this app as a selling point of the watch in their literature, I will be contacting the UK advertising standards body to report Garmin mis-selling.

Love the watch and adding this app was seamless….unfortunately Amazon is the hurdle in this case. Won’t allow me to play my Amazon music account in my watch in Canada.

Watch is great, Amazon music is making me very angry. It takes a well designed product and makes it look crap. I am standing in the garden, you can see gps, let me synch my bloody music will you gaaa. Hour wasted with an badly designed product. Wish it would work with Apple Music(that’s how you should design a product Amazon)
