Fantastic app for strength training. I love it! I programmed in a Joe Wicks dumbell workout and I don't have to think about what comes next or how long is left. The designer of the app replied to me quickly with a fix when I had a slight issue with it. BUY THIS APP! You won't regret it !

I bought a Garmin fenix 6 pro to keep track of my bike rides and runs. The possibility to using this workout program to train core and arms as well was definitely part of the decision. With this app I don’t have to think about what to do, just plan it in my weekly routine, press start and off I go! It took me a while to find my favorite settings but once set it’s a great addition to a healthy lifestyle, especially during lockdown!

This would be absolutely incredible, if you could simply remove the timer. For example, I do banded home workouts. My sets are all different. First one is 20reps, next is 10reps and then last is 15reps at a different weight. The point is, I don't want a count down timer while doing my reps. I want a start / stop for that. So this makes this useless.

Nice App, BUT I can't create a new "workout" on Garmin Express (on PC). By Connect Mobile all is working, but on PC I get a message "changes cannot be saved. In workout Time + there is a limit to the number of characters in the settings" ... Nevertheless, the app is noteworthy :)

Great app for organizing workout routines. You can create multiple routines for strength or endurance workouts as you see fit with good control over time for exercises as well as managing rest intervals between each exercise. App shows you the next exercise during the rest interval so you can get ready. Excellent and timely customer service. Quickly responded and addressed questions I had and engaged in troubleshooting efforts. If you are looking for a solid interval timer for your workouts that you can set up on your phone and then work from your Garmin, I would recommend.
