This data field tells you direction and distance of the closest public water fountains available around you.

You need to carry a paired phone with you to let the device retrieve the fountain locations throughout the activity (except for LTE-enabled devices such as Forerunner 945 LTE).

Note: At the moment, only the cities of Milan, Italy and Vienna, Austria are covered by the service. If anyone wants to share public fountain locations for any other city/region, the developer will make them available within the app at no cost.

The setup requires to go into the app settings (e.g. the run app in this video), then select your screen of choice (e.g. Screen 3 in the video), enable 1 data-field layout (i.e. the whole screen shows one single data field), then pick the Fountain Finder data field among the ConnectIQ fields.

Questo data field ti indica la distanza e la direzione delle fontanelle pubbliche più vicine attorno a te.

Durante l'attività devi avere con te lo smartphone per consentire al tuo Garmin di ottenere la posizione delle fontanelle (eccetto per dispositivi con connessione cellulare come il Forerunner 945 LTE).

Nota: Al momento, solo le fontanelle del Comune di Milano e della città di Vienna sono presenti. Se chiunque volesse condividere la posizione delle fontanelle pubbliche per qualsiasi altra città o zona, lo sviluppatore è disposto a renderle disponibili all'interno dell'app senza alcun costo.

La procedura di setup consiste nel selezionare i settings dell'app di attività (la corsa in questo video), quindi selezionare in quale schermo inserirla (lo Screen 3 nel video), abilitare il layout con 1 solo data-field (a tutto schermo) e quindi scegliere il data field Fountain Finder all'interno dei field ConnectIQ.

Dieses Datenfeld zeigt die Richtung und die Entfernung des nächstgelegenen öffentlichen Trinkbrunnen in der näheren Umgebung an. 

Es muss ein verbundenes Mobiltelefon mitgeführt werden damit das Gerät die Koordinaten der Trinkbrunnen in der Nähe während einer Aktivität abfragen kann (ausgenommen LTE-fähige Geräte wie Forerunner 945).

Achtung: Derzeit sind nur die Daten für die Städte Wien (Österreich) und Mailand (Italien) verfügbar. 
Falls jemand Interesse hat, dass diese App mit öffentlichen Trinkbrunnen weiterer Städte erweitert wird, wird der Entwickler diese kostenlos ergänzen. Dafür bitte den Entwickler kontaktieren und ihm die Daten zur Verfügung stellen (z.B.: Link von Opendata Quellen).
