GARMIN WARNING: This widget is intended only as a flight planning aid and is NOT for in-flight use and should NOT be used as a primary information source.</p><p></p><p>The METAR/TAF widget is based on the built-in widget (for the Garmin D2™ watch series) but with some improvements (and some drawbacks) and is designed to compliment the existing widget rather than replace it.</p><p></p><p>This is the LEGACY version of the METAR/TAF widget and is for devices that, due to memory and power limitations, can not be supported for future improvements. However, rather than remove these devices completely from the compatibility list, a separate legacy version of the widget has been split out. The devices that should now use this version are:</p>

Thanks, Doug, for your excellent quality faces and now this widget. Please maintain support for older devices like my trusty F3 HR! I have wrestled with the Garmin Weather widget for 2 years now and it steadfastly refused to give me correct weather, no matter where in the world I was. Your widget works perfectly right out of the box and is exactly what I needed. I prefer av wx anyway, as it gives me the basics. Please know that UTC Titanium is also my go to face.
