Not sure why but there's absolutely no information about rain on my app on my watch. We just had a cold front push through with rain showers and heavy rain for the past hour and it just said no rain expected.

Hi Todd! Thanks for reaching out! Please use the Contact Developer form for support and assistance, as you already did. I couldn't answer directly as I was asleep, timezones and such ;). I'm doing my very best to answer within 24hours. Anyway, rain predictions can be off sometimes, as it are always predictions. Forecasts might also be a bit different on multiple weather sources. I'm using Apple Weather to gather the data. Do you have an iOS device near you to check the hourly predictions there? Recently purchased the app and find it simple but effective and most of the time very accurate. I had a few issues with setting it up, when trying to operate the full version, but all resolved very quickly by the very prompt and informative response from the developer. Yes this is to preserve battery. If you open the application in full it will update the location actually in the background if your watch has a good GPS fix (you'll need to be outdoors). Thanks for reaching out! The source of weather information is Apple WeatherKit (formerly DarkSky) so it shows the same information as on an iOS devices. Can you double check that somehow? Works really well. The rain expectation glance was added to my glances overview after installation. For me, it has the effect of not having to go to the weather app on my phone anymore because I can see the rain expectation immediately. And last but not least, the app has the “smoothness” of an official Garmin app.

Love this. Great widget. Only issue is that the widget glance doesn't auto update on my instinct 2. I have to open the widget first and then the glance preview updates itself about a minute later.

Hi Dean! Thank you for your review! That's very interesting information. The glance view is very limited on the Instinct devices, I don't think I can fetch data in there (while it does on other devices). I'll double check if I can fix this somehow! (what might work is enabling Rain alerts in the full version, as it will then fetch data in the background every 15 minutes which will be then displayed in the glance view). Best regards, Wim

Hi! You should be able to find it in the apps list on your watch when you open the main menu when pressing the start button. Another way to find it is through scrolling your widgets by pressing the up/down buttons from your main watchface. It should appear in the list.
