This data field is an advanced application pace band in watch. It allows the planed per mile/km paces being inputed and displayed along the race course.

A functionality has been added to allow the user adjust the distance manually on the mile/kilometer marker. To adjust the distance, you can simply press the "Lap" button at the mile/km markers(depending on whether mile or kilometer is configured"). You don't have to do it every time, and if you mistakenly press the button, you can always correct on the next mile/km marker.

In 30 minutes after each lap ends, the difference of planed arriving time and actual elapsed time will be displayed, green 'beat" for ahead of schedule, red "miss" otherwise. 

In the first half of each lap and in the last of the race. The average pace you have to run to meet the goal is displayed.

The paces need to be in "M:SS" format, and separated by either space or comma. If copying data from findmymarathon.com directly, all 28 rows need to be copied so that the "Half Marathon" row being automatically skipped.
