"Send/receive information to/from the Internet" is used to synchronize your code with the configuration interface and generate the code. "GPS location" is used to sort your code by distance if you have associated a location to our codes (to have the closest codes first). But as the app is completely open source, I suggest you check by yourself instead of trusting me.

Have continually navigated between debug and watch rotates from error-2, error-104 and no barcodes. After 30 mins of trying have given up.

You're facing bluetooth issue between your watch and your phone. The "no barcode" message appears when the debug mode is disabled because the app never retrieved your codes (so there's nothing to display). When the debug mode is enabled, you have the errors details. Negative numbers are bluetooth erros, please check that your watch is correctly connected to your phone via bluetooth.

This app is crash for Epix 2. The IQ icon with an exclamation point appears. Barcode copied correctly. Two years ago, I user on Venu and the application was working fine. Need a fix.

Not sure to understand what you mean. If you are speaking about the scanner while configuring your codes, it's only a way to configure your code easily (when it works) but the more robust way is to copy the value in the value field and select the proper type. If you speak about displaying the code, please contact me using the contact developer link to give me more details

Getting an IQ error if I activate "sort by location", also vaccination QRs could render bigger on a 7x, lots of unused space there (long press up shows it partly off screen). On my F6 it goes right into IQ error after entering the Token no matter the settings.

I updated my barcodes for the first time in months and found that configuring the widget settings in the Garmin Connect app on my phone will break the widget and IQ! will be displayed. This is the only way I could fix it: - open Garmin Express on the PC and plug-in the watch - open the IQ Apps page and remove the widget from the watch - unplug the watch and wait for startup (important) - plug-in the watch - download the widget from the Garmin Connect IQ store and let Garmin Express install it - open the widget settings on the IQ Apps page in Garmin Express - enter token, etc. - unplug and wait for startup - ensure watch is connected to the phone - open the widget on the watch - barcodes should appear v. shortly Changing the widget settings using Garmin Express seems reliable. Using the Garmin Connect app will break it again. Hope this helps.
