Temp when wearing is alway between 36.1 and 36.5..temp when not wearing is always between 36.1 and. 36.5.. This suggests to me it is not working at all...

Didn’t work on keeping an accurate temperature. I was running a low grade fever and not sure how long I was. Temperature said the same as it has been but an oral thermometer said different.

This app doesn't work on FR245 and FR245 music. The reason I gave one star is that the developer doesn't try to fix this even though the problem was first reported as early as April 2021 (now is Dec 2022). When you keep these watch models (probably more that don't work) under Compatible Devices page, you're simply deceiving other users. Shame on you.
