Hey, you found it! Congratulations! Despite the fact that this is one of the nicer free data fields, which also has a pretty high download count and good rating, for some reason Garmin rarely features it any of their categories like "Data Fields for Runners", "Training Metrics", or "Performance Metrics. I emailed them with some questions about that but never got a reply. Oh, well.

Anyway, this is a single data field (for running, biking, etc.) that displays a heart rate (HR) zone, and four parameter readouts: distance, timer, heart rate, and any combination of current, lap, and overall average pace.

• This update fixes an issue with the heart rate zone coloring at the borders of the heart rate zones. Prior to this fix, if you entered the following set of numbers for your Garmin heart rate zones: 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, this data field treated 130 as the end of zone 1, rather than the start of zone 2, 140 as the end of zone 2, rather than the start of zone 3, etc. With this update, 130 is treated as the beginning of zone 2, 140 as the beginning of zone 3, etc. This matches the guidance provided by Garmin for defining your heart rate zones: "Enter the lowest heart rate value for each zone."
