The datafield is great, mainly because my FR55 doesn't display any stress score related data during training. I've been using Runalyze for years, and i see a difference between Runalyze's TRIMP, and this datafield's TRIMP (it's understandable, the Runalyze uses Garmin's (odd?) Daily RHR as HRmin). So my questions are: 1., Could we use RHR as HRmin automatically? 2., Could i see TRIMP during training? (and/or) 3., Could we set LTHR as HRR? (because (for example) if LTHR=0.691xHRR, then HRSS will be exactly the TRIMP). Thank you! :)

Very useful datafield which allows me to compare the impact of different activities. HRSS is calculated from TRIMP so would it be possible to also include the TRIMP score in the summary and an additional graph?
I also use the Running Index from Rider68 another very useful and excellent datafield.

Thanks for your feedback. A summary field for the TRIMP can be easily added. I am planning an update soon, so I will implement this with the next version. A graph is in my opinion not needed as it would look like very similar to HRRS.

Hola genial la aplicación, tengo dos peticiones que hacerte.
1.- como podrias instalar otra aplicacion para poder tener instalada en el garmin una que me indique los puntos acutales y otro con los puntos hora??.
2.- desarrollar una app o excell con la misma formula para poder calcular el entreno antes de realizarlo seria un complemento genial para planificar entrenos y temporadas . no se si me he explicado bien, te pongo un ejemplo:
1.-calentamiento 30' - 140ppm = ¿?hrss
2- trabajo 10' - 180ppm = ¿?hrrs
3-descanso 5' - 120ppm = ¿?hrss
total hrss = 1 + 2 + 3 = ¿? hrss

To your first questions: The switch from HRSS total to HRSS per hour can be changed with Garmin Express on your desktop or with you mobile device Connect App. See the following link for more details https://apps.garmin.com/settingsHelp).

Thanks for your feedback. Have you selected the HRSS datafield on your device? You should find the HRSS datafield in the selection for Connect IQ.

Its works, but if the hr connection is lost for a moment for example a weak battery, it reset the field to 0 in the middle of the activity.

Anther thing I do not get. If HRSS is based on the TRIMPexp = sum(D x HRr x 0.64 x exp(y)) with y=HRr x 1.92 for men, where does the individual lactate threshold HR come into play? Thanks
