Using this on a Garmin VivoActive3 and with a few false starts, it seems to fit the bill -- like another reviewer, I'm surprised this is the only indoor walk widget or app out here. I'm having trouble getting stride length right in my VA3, and also, I just lost a whole walk (I guess I swiped when I should have pressed the button? Not sure). I'm confident I will figure it out, and it certainly is better than the Garmin native insistence that only running matters!

Installed today and tried treadmill (Kettler Run 7), worked good, just there was difference in distance. It showed 300 meters less than treadmill (total walked in this case 3,21 km). Suppose treadmill has it correct. Step lenght in my Fenix 6 is set up and callibrated on this treadmill.

Remember all that's used to count is what your watch sees, and if you're holding on to something, the watch can miss things. The same can happen if your pushing a stroller or cart in a store, holding on the the rails on the tread mill, waling a dog or using a hiking pole.
