Can't update song list let alone reconnect to Amazon Music Unlimited. Spending hours tinkering so no avail. Frustrating to say the least.

Loving the watch! Can't sync Amazon music even following the directions. Going to try Spotify. Easy to connect ear buds! Easy to set up.

The syncing is by far the worst. I have the tactix delta and I cannot sync my playlist on Amazon music. This is ridiculous. I had no issues with Spotify.

The "free" version (that's included with Prime), the sound quality is awful. Sounds like an old tinny AM radio. I've downloaded song files directly from my computer and listened with good earbuds, it sounds great, just like I'm streaming from my phone. But the Amazon stuff is just awful, I deleted it quickly. You can pay Amazon for the Unlimited version which includes "HD" audio, that likely sounds better. I guess if I were a kid who grew up on streaming music and didn't actually own any CDs or quality downloads, then I might have no choice, but I have 100GB+ of lossless audio files on a hard drive, so I'll listen to that.

works fine if you follow the steps to sync correctly. also playlist are changeable etc. only one thing is that sometimes playlist reset to the beginning when connecting to headphones... not ever but mostly - 85% of cases
