It WORKS!!!! So I bought my Garmin 245 Music with the goal of doing 4 things - play music, track my steps / workouts, get into the gym and (most important) stop carrying my cell phone. I had some trouble getting the barcode properly loaded onto my watch. Their support team helped me out and of course it was user error. So now the 245M does everything I want and I am no longer chained to my phone.

Works perfectly. Only a lot of hustle if you have to go through the menu for showing your card and then make the payment with Garmin pay though your watch.

Good idea and execution. However it requires internet, also you can only see 1 code on the free version, so not that flexible and versatile from user standpoint, hence the 3 start rating. Good thing is there are other free apps that store the bulk of my cards, so here are only those with qr code and boarding passes, so it's useful only occasionally for me.

Love it. Put my gym card in and now they just scan my watch to enter. Works great! I need to add a few more cards by emailing them but the majority of the major cards are in there already. Nicely done and makes my watch that much more useful.

This is a barcode card holder app that does accept alphabetic characters and can therefore be used to hold your Parkrun barcode. My only concern is that all your card info has to be entered into their website, rather than via Garmin Express. This seems unnecessary and causes obvious privacy issues.

great idea and concept yet unable to sign in or register online to get the cards into the app, the web page seems to be done and unable to get through.
