Buenos dias llevo años usando la pantalla de datos sin la aplicacion, lo que no sé si tiene o no consigo sacar es la cadencia de palada sin tener que usar ningún sensor a parte. hay opción de que de la cadencia con el reloj puesto en la piragua?

It looks very good and the several screens are well thought but the main reason I tried it was to register the cadence with an external sensor, and it doesn't show. Always zero. The sensor is detected.

Useless and impossible to install on brand new vivo active 3 which it says is supported. 4 times in 3 hours I've followed the instructions and still can't even get it to appear (yes rebooted the watch AND phone each time, and even deleted the app cache just to be sure there's no issues there)

I used until yeasterday your app and I was fully satisfied. From today is disappeared from my phone. I tried to unistall and install again but not changes. Can you give me an advise? Thanks

Was able to download this fairly easily and followed the instructions to get the data field to show in my “Kayak” activity. A couple of silly questions because I am new to Garmin and to Kayaking. 1- what is cadence? Is it equivalent to a stroke? 2-I have a Fenix 5 plus, is the Kayak activity the ideal one to use with this data field or would “rowing” or “sup” be better(or does it matter?) 3-what advantages,if any, are there to downloading this developers full app?

Does everything I need. Nautical speed and distance. Combined with cadence. Now if only garmin would enable cadence in their kayak app. Have to use SUP at the moment.

I love the setup and want to give it 5 stars but every time I hit the resume later button, my buddy regularly likes to get out and explore so I want to stop the program without having to end it and start a new one, but it crashes my watch every time and when it finishes resetting the data field is gone so it’s become pointless sadly.

I enjoy many apps from this developer (fbbbrown). I tend to favor the datafields over the independent app due to a little more flexibility with pairing other datafields. The only thing I wish this did was add the number of strokes to the summary data in Connect IQ similarly to how steps are added for Dozen Run/Walk. It's not something that I care to know while kayaking, but a nice metric to show how much I actually worked going down a given river.

Great app to kayaking. The colors in each range of HR or cadence is an amazing detail. Would be great if we could chose others data like lap time or lap distance in order to do interval training more easily

In several responses the developer says "It is not an app, dozen paddle is a datafield and needs to be added to the ROW or SUP built in app as a single data screen." It would be great if there was an explanation of how to do this somewhere. I have tried to figure it out for an hour and failed miserably.

I have downloaded the App, but it does not appear on the watch. When I connect with Garmin express, it says the watch, but it does not appear on any menus. I have tried restarting teh watch several times and have removed and re-added the app. Any ideas?

Great app, all the right fields and layout is really good. Definitely recommend this one. Only thing is I can't work out how to set it to use my Fenix 5 itself for cadence rather than an external cadence device, which seems to be the default. I know my watch can do it coz it works for SUP app etc, but CAD is always 0 on the Dozen Kayak Field. Pretty frustrating..

Awesome, but having an issue with the data fields showing as they do in the reference pictures. I don't get any of the AHR, HR, Speed, average speed, ET, CAD, etc. I have a Forerunner 920xt

Everything's ok, but Cadence=0 on my Quatix5. I think my watch has the cadence sensor. Paddle sensor works on SUP standard datascreen but not in this one.

Another superb update from the developer in the only a data field i use for my Kayaking and Sup activities. With the latest update it can be really used for workouts since it shows the ETF for a distance you specify. Thank you
