It would be so nice to use my Edge 1000 with my new Turbo Levo but what a complete circle jerk trying to download and make it work.. app to phone to 1000.. I give up. It's obvious Garmin isn't interested in this. Not one YouTube vid either. Guess I'm buying a Wahoo Element Bolt. Grr

Tengo el Garmin Edge 1000 estoy tratando de conectar mi Specialized KENEVO Expert 2019 y no logro hacerlo, voy a la sección de añadir sensores y no figura ebike, tengo entendido que otros usuarios si han podido hacerlo; por favor alguien puede ayudarme con algún tipo de tutorial que debo hacer. Il 520 edge funzionava benissimo con la vecchia batteria, messa la nuova 2019, riconosce i sensori ma non visualizza più nulla (livello batteria e motore)

2021 Levo Fenix5x. Can only see battery field and no other fields despite changing fake channel to cadence in Mission Control. When cadence is so important for the health of these bikes, I don't understand why cadence is not a higher priority. My partner gets all fields on his 2021 Trek Rail. Accessing data for my Levo is proving to be a nightmare :-(

Fenix 5 plus, non da lo stato dell'aiuto, segna solo modalità off quando l'assistenza è spenta e la carica della batteria sembra funzionare.

como comentan otros usuarios es una pena que no funcione en le modo que vas solo aparece OFF cuando apagas la asistencia, espero lo solucionen lo antes posible

App worked in my levo 2018, perfectly and beautifully. Now with my Levo 2021, I learnt that I can't have the ebike sensor on, so I followed my learning and now I can read only the Battery level, and have the same issue as Alessandro: doesn't connect properly, shows battery level but wording for support level is missing... Moved already to ebike app; it's very basic but works. Garmin, please let us know when app working in Levo 2021, TIA!

Me sucede lo mismo que otras personas, NO me funciona correctamente , no puedo ver el nivel de asistencia del motor . Hasta ahora tenia una Turbo Levo del 2016 y podia ver perfectamente los niveles de asistencia ECO , TRAIL y TURBO , ahora con la nueva Turbo Levo NO, solo aparece la palabra OFF cuando bajas todos los niveles de asistencia...una pena . Es posible solucionar esto ??

Excellent but I HAVE SAME ISSUES of another user on a brand new Turbo Levo 2021. In short everything is working well (Power, cadence, battery level...) but I can‘t see or change the mode. It only see "OFF" if I switch it off, otherwise it is possible to see "----" as empty field. Furthermore "S" logo is dimmed, as per notifying this field (assistance mode) is not "speaking" with BLE interface. PLEASE HELP
