Real-Time Form Coaching is your personal “smart coach”—right on your wrist. The Form Coaching data field will monitor your Cadence during your run, alerting you if you fall outside your ideal range. If you fall outside of your target range, try increasing or decreasing your step rate while maintaining the same pace. After a two-minute warm-up, you’ll receive personalized visual and haptic coaching tips for a more efficient workout. </p>
Real-Time Form Coaching now reacts to hills! We know it’s difficult to focus on maintaining an ideal cadence when running up or down hills, so we’ve tweaked our algorithm to detect elevation grades of 5% or more. When we detect a hill, we’ll suppress the coaching feedback and disable the gauge, so you can focus on conquering that mountain. Once you’re back on flat ground, we’ll turn coaching back on.
