First and last time I will buy a Garmin watch, bought so I didn't need to carry my phone around whilst on a run or in the gym complete waste of money update ruined it.

Works perfectly on Vivo Music 3 w/o Verizon LTE! I've got hours of music on my device to listen to, without the need for my phone.

I have the same problem as everyone else here. It is not possible to download music from Spotify nor to connect to my bluetooth headphones. Why does not Garmin respond to the common problem with Spotify? Unacceptable.

Not wording It stopped when I accept Garmin access the Fenix6 stay with the message asking to go on connect IQ. Paying a premium access for nothing ! Will try Deezer

For an hour it couldn’t find the network. Now it gets stuck at 0% sync until the sync failed message appears on my Forerunner 245. This app is terrible. Extremely disappointed with Spotify and Garmin.

Same issues happenned to me: app installed and not working. Removed it from ConnectIQ.Retried to install it through CiQ several times. It worked finally when Garmin Connect app was open. It works now.

Not working on fenix 6, cant find wifi network. Added network again, is connected but not according Spotify. Terrible app.

Absolute garbage. Worked okay for a month but then fails to sync and won’t let me uninstall the app. Does anyone read these reviews?

After restarting the watch (645) it is now working again. Should be more reliable. Before, I could not sync any music, always remained at 0% after searching and connecting to the WiFi.

Works great for me, I had the watch right next to the modem when downloading and updating etc. Only thing I would change is the placement of volume control in the app, should be more accessible.

Can't connect to WiFi despite multiple attempts. Can see playlist but can't connect to wifi to play music... Very Disappointing.. And as usual Garmin support is disappointing...

Like the other reviews, so far this app has been frustrating. One of the sole reasons I bought the Vivoactive 3 Music was, yeah you guessed it, for the music - mainly Spotify which I use daily. After a few failed attempts getting the watch to connect to WiFi, it finally connected to one. Huzzahs I thought. Managed to get the Spotify app to install on the watch and then navigate via phone and watch to sign in and open it. On the watch I excitedly went to add a play list to download. However it only lists about 5 play lists from my library and none of them are ones I've made. I can't access the ONE playlist that I use everyday and there's no way for me to scroll to access more, it just literally shows about 5 and other than one of those - I've never listened to the ones it lists. I'm going to try streamline my library playlist and see if this helps but if it doesn't then I'm genuinely gutted. I'll look at another music provider app to install but I don't want to as I pay for my Spotify. Really gutted about this not working.

When it works, it's amazing to have Spotify on my runs without needing a phone with me. However lately it just displays "unable to get content" whenever I try to download anything. Very very buggy, I've wasted a lot of time trying to make this work. Disappointing.

My music disappears from time to time. Very disappointing indeed as I have never been able to run with music on my Vivoactive 3 music. Crap.

Just got my 645 music. Excited to be able to ditch carrying a phone. And the podcast function doesn't work. Which is what I always listen to running. From the comments from others Garmin / Spotify appear to have no interest fixing this. Wish I'd known before buying it. I'd have gone with another brand.

Just bought my Vivoactive 3 and have been trying to link up my Spotify to the watch for hours. No luck...This was the sole reason I bought the watch and keeps saying no network connection...

Syncing fails all the time. One of the main reasons I bought Fenix 6 Pro was the ability to listen spotify. I have tried everything to get this working but no success, many hours wasted. Disappointed.
