You can setup various checkpoints with time targets and the field will show you the planned pace per section as well your current pace for the section and the pace adjustment needed to get on target. It also shows you time, pace, average pace, distance, distance to checkpoint, checkpoint name and heart rate zone. If enabled, the field will store the difference between planned and actual pace and you can analyse it afterwards in Garmin Connect. It will be stored together with your workout. </p>

Please contact me at [email protected] I would like to know where you can’t use seconds because it already supports hh:mm:ss as input method.

The spreadsheet doesn't seem to allow entering the time in hh:mm:ss format only hh:mm is allowed...in running seconds do matter...the example given on the website uses seconds??? Waste of time fiddling with the data field and the spreadsheet!

Thank you for the feedback. The current examples and entering methods are only in hours and minutes, but I will release an update soon that allows the user to enter the time in "HH:MM:SS" format on Garmin Connect. This will be much more user friendly than entering minutes only and will allow the user to setup seconds as well. I will update the spreadsheet to allow seconds as well.
