Use this datafield to easily change trainer resistance of your ANT+ indoor trainer by tapping one of the preset buttons (0 -10 = 0% - 100%).
Push in the middle (or press lap button) to toggle last value.

As an alternative you can set your FTP in app settings. Then there will be 80/20 Power Zones displayed.

The datafield is based on the look of a resistance adjustment knob of a spinning bike (indoor bike) as this is the purpose I created this datafield. Actually I couldn't find a simple solution to briefly switch between different resistance levels using my indoor trainer for spinning class workouts, i.e. participating a PELOTON cycling workout.
