This is the minimal Version of the 80/20 Run Zones data field to provide legacy support for older watches with limited memory size like Fenix 3, Forerunner 920Xt, ... This will only record and show your 80/20 heart rate zones and intensity. Individual lactate threshold heartrate can be set for running and cycling. The data field will automatically choose the LTHR from the current type of activity. Note that this requires you to set an individual heartrate for cycling in you watch user setting as well (although this is not relevant for calculating the 80/20 zones!). For more information and instructions please refer to my website: garmin.eho-systems.com</p>

I installed 80/20 HR Zones and when I go to setting on the Connect IQ Apps and try to enter my lactate thresholds I get an error that says 'Please Enter a valid heartrate!' I am not ale to save the heart rate. I can see the data field in the watch correctly but not sure how to change the heart rate. Any ideas?

I have a 235. Can I set it to vibrate when I change heart rate zones? Thanks

Hello. Can I change the Low and High units from minutes to percent? Now you need to count yourself in the mind during training. Or pre-determined with the desired ratio of minutes.

App is great for 80/20 users. But I’d prefer a chart with total time in the zones like the One from garmin

Hello, that's true, having an additional chart like you mention would be nice. But unfortunately it's not possible to crete such a graphical chart with ConnectIQ at the moment. Only I could add the times for each zone as written values like you already know from "low" and "high"...
