Hi,

After limited number of users and that Dark Sky is shutting down their weather API I am not sure about the future of this app. If you know about other accurate weather providers like Dark Sky, please send me a message!

Still, some users of the app have been able to see some accurate estimations, but they are somewhat limited by the weather, wind, etc. and there are a lot of variables at play when estimating in "real" time. Having a pitot tube measuring wind speed would probably be the optimal, but I have not been able to find any Bluetooth/Ant+ pitot tubes for sale.

Have you looked at the WeatherFlow weather meter? It’s Bluetooth and gives real-time wind speed, temperature, pressure. The CdACrr app for android uses it. I’ve got it and it works well. Connecting this device to a Garmin would be brilliant. Then you can analyse your data in Golden Cheetah.
