Simple widget displaying the current atmospheric pressure as well as the barometric pressure (air pressure at sea level) and altitude. The Garmin barometer widget only displays the barometric pressure and there is currently no way to display the "raw" (unadjusted) atmospheric pressure on the Fenix 3 except by adding it as a datafield in an activity. This widget corrects this and displays the atmospheric pressure without having to start an activity.</p>

It's a real BAD widget! I mean fantastic! I'm waiting for a widget that uses that "La Crosse Technology" or "OREGON SCIENTIFIC" to produce a NICE Sun/Clouds/Rain picture to go with the built in barometer. In reading what you were saying about "polling" IQ will not you make such a widget. That means it's up to GARMIN to do the right thing!

It helped me a lot to identify when the barometer of my Fenix 3 HR is going mad.

Is there a way to increase the rate of the pressure readout?

Works on my F3HR Thanks!!! I currently use the AirPressure widget (by thebigbadwolf_1)(along with excel) to estimate my altitude from the "sea pressure I get from the Weather station". What I do is 1-Get the SeaP from Weather Info; 2-Get the CurrentAtmP from the AirPressure widget; 3-Calculate the Elevation in Excel; 4-Calibrate Altimeter on the watch. I would love to be able to calibrate my altimeter directly using the "sea pressure I get from the Weather station" (no Excel!!!). The formula is: Elevation = =(288.15/(CurrentAtmP/SeaP)^-0.190266-288.15)/-0.0065 (P in Pascals and Elevation in meters)

Very useful. Would have been nice to have more than one decimal in inHg format.

I am a pilot and this app looked perfect but the sea-level altimeter only goes to one decimal for inHg.

Hi, I sail and I would like somthing like custom alerts for pressure changes, do you think you could add something like this? Its very useful to know when wind will drop or blow hard. Thanks from Argentina !!!!
