This is the best of the best. The only app which supports Jim Vance rolling average index (efficiency index) over the last 3, 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds. I use the 3sec rolling average index to monitor my running technique while running. It works great for me.

Power Dashboard is really a great app. I have created in the Forerunner 920XT a new activity for running. From Powerdashboard use the Power and Lappower, along with heart rate and timer. Joop, thank you again for the tip that I should have installed Stryd Power App for the award on the clock. Really fun to train with this Power Dashboard ist wirklich eine großartige App. Ich habe im Forerunner 920XT eine neue Aktivität zum Laufen erstellt. Nutzen Sie Powerdashboard Power und Lappower, zusammen mit Herzfrequenz und Timer. Joop, nochmals vielen Dank für den Tipp, dass ich die Stryd Power App für den Award auf der Uhr hätte installieren sollen. Es macht wirklich Spaß, damit zu trainieren

Works well after configuring the STRYD also as power meter. But a pity, that the data is not written in FIT file. Is it possible to write and I only use Your data field, Joop? It is awkward to use Garmin connect, Stryd PowerCenter and Golden Cheetah to get all running with power data completed.

Thanks Mehmet! Developping for the Garmin watches is all about working with memory limitations. If I would create an option for writing powerdata to the Fit-file, I would have to delete some significant amount of functionality to stay within the memory limitations. As I cannot access the other metrics that the footpod produces; they still will be missing from the Fit-file. One would still need the Stryd datafield for that. These are the reasons that I didn't include writing to a Fit-file in the datafield

Thanks! I am thinking about that for two weeks now, but I didn't have time to try to implement it. For sure it won't be possible for the FR920xt and the Fenix 3 (HR). I might succeed for the FR735xt, FR935 and Fenix 5(sx). But also for these newer watches memory is becoming a limitation. I hope to work on it this weekend
