It is not my app. it is a Garmin thing, and I understand on Android phones. If you really want to remove it .. connect your VAHR to a computer via USB and go to the Garmin / Apps folder and open the files and look at the files until you find the HR Stress one. You can usually tell what the apps are as you can typically read some of the text, like words you may see on the screens. Once you find it .. delete the file. Feel free to use the Contact Developer link on the right of this page if you need help.

You cannot do a lot of things with watch faces .. thus I only have 2 watch face items. The rest of them are Apps.

Been playing with this App for a couple of days. Unlike the previous reviewer, I found it to be a pretty stable and well resolved App, as is typical from this developer. HOWEVER... I have some questions about how it works: (1) Is the App a simple histogram of Heart Rate, split across three zones ("Low", "Medium" and "High"), and if so, what are the thresholds? How is this then different from the HR Tracker App, apart from the simplified zones? (2) Or is the App output based on some data processing, such as HRV or Stress Score Apps on the more advanced watches? If so, what are the protocols for using the App in a meaningful way?

By default low is the bottom 50 % of your HR data of your set maximum HR value. The remainder is split between medium and high. This app is more about your physical stress rather than mental stress. That is cause I believe you cannot truly tell stress based only on your heart rate. For me spending over $400 for the Vivoactive 3 was not an option for one feature, besides I hate the round watch face design. Re the below review I guess he got his moneys worth out of this application. Like HR Count this is not one of those super scientific applications, if someone does not like it then they are free to remove it. Trust me I do not lose any sleep over it if they do.
