Totally useless software. I see an error in any of its menu items. I will highlight only a few: the connection between mobile phone and watch is unreliable. Send to watch function does not work. Terrible screen layout, incomplete map display, illogical, outdated menu system. Unfortunately, I can no longer activate the refund function. (Garmin Instinct 2x)

Thanks for your feedback, Rácz! The connection between phone and watch is managed by the Garmin Connect app. Make sure to open it and certify that the devices are connected and syncing. Then open the r.485 app and send the route. As from that moment, no connection between phone and watch are needed. If you have specific questions, don't hesitate to contact us on [email protected] . If you purchase the upgraded version via Android and would like to request a refund, please send us the order receipt that you got from the Play Store. If you upgraded the app on iOS, you must follow the instructions provided by Apple. Cheers!
