Works great and is a fun way to stay motivated. On long runs late in the season this is way more fun than watching the miles add up. Me and the boys earned seven beers each on our long today and got hyped each time it went up

I choose Lager with standaard 150 cal. But isn’t that a bit too short ? 1 can .33l = 145 kcal 1 liter Lager is 580 kcal That is 580000 calories ?

At least as to how it’s typical used to in US English, a food calorie is the same as a kcal (confusing, I know). So what’s showing as 150 cal is 150,000 small calories. Use the kcal value (if you’re used to that) and you should be fine.
