Sucks! use your phone for forecast. Does not measure waves or surfing activity like Apple Watch. No decent surf apps for Garmin forerunner 965.

Will probably buy an Apple Watch again because none of my waves get tracked with the Garmin Instinct 2 Surf Edition. It’s incredible the watch loses GPS connectivity as soon as it’s underwater.

Good idea, but would be great if you can select Surfspots/have a favorite list. It doesn't show me the 5 nearest surf spots. Just one I don't want to see. Times for tides are totally missing, but super important. Caching data for a day would be also essential.

Is extremely necessary for surfers know the exact time when is low and high tide, please bear in mind that for next update of this app. It could be a chart or just the time and date.

Super convenient to see on board data if your camping near a few breaks. Would like to be able to select a remote location not just near me. Needs more data ie. direction of wind in relation to the shoreline (cross, on, off) and PERIOD between waves is a must have.
