This data field tracks your hydration and carb fuelings - monitoring your burn rate based on the intensity of your effort, and advising you on how much you should be drinking (based on your sweat rate) and how much you should be fueling (grams of carbs) based on your burn rate and max absorb rate. The idea is you help you optimize your consumption and track your carb tank level and your body weight loss. For very intense efforts, you can easily sweat more than you can drink, and burn more carbs than you can consume... and get into a "bonk" situation. This helps you keep track.
