Set your last race time and distance ( in minutes and kilometres ) and it will set up your Speed/Pace zones based on configurable percentages of threshold speed. These speed percentages are simply 100 over pace percent. The history is presented as a graph so that you can see your trend which helps in keeping within zone.
Now responsiveness vs smoothness and stability is configurable. The responsive setting is good for shorter intervals. The stable setting for longer phased runs.
