I'd not touched this code in a couple years, long before 1hz existed (notice the last review was in 2015! :) ), and my first step was to get it built with the current SDK, update some basic things (like more configuration options) and adapt it to the round devices (it only supported Semi-rounds (23x/630/735) before. But "seconds all the time" is on my list!
