This app will kill your fenix 7 , third time that garmin send me a new watch a few weeks after installing this app. It will stuck the watch on start screen. impossible to do anything else than send back the watch to garmin .

Unfortunately, but from what you wrote it is quite evident that it is complete nonsense. Instead of writing false reviews, try contacting Garmin first and ask what the problem was. It is not technically possible for the music provider to cause the start screen of the watch to freeze.

I tried the app for 15 days. And then subscribed for a year. The app does fulfill an existing gap for forerunner users but most days syncing songs can be a pain. It drains out the battery and keeps giving sync failures. You have to set aside an hour to just sync songs ! I will probably switch back to Spotify.

At first, I couldn't get it to accept the sign-in. But after I restarted my watch, it accepted it and started syncing YT music playlist. Seems to work well. I'll probably pay the subscription fee after the trial period is over.

Hello, I replied to your email 7 days ago. This is what I wrote to you:: Error 101 means that you have a problem with the bluetooth connection between your watch and smartphone. I would recommend you to fully charge your watch, restart them and restart the phone. Then before you start sync, make sure that your watch is connected to your phone. The problem is in the communication between the watch and the phone. Not in the app.

Cool tool for non-Spotify users. In my case, I had Spotify before but when i switched to YT Music Premium, the drawback was that I couldn't put my music on my watch. Enter Songlate to fulfill that need :-) Couldn't be happier. The app has its quirks, like any new one, but I'm sure that it will improve over time. I'm happy to support development by purchasing a license. Thank you to the developer for this! Really appreciate it.

After syncing the firs time it stopped working. No matter how many times I sync my Youtube Music to Songlate and my Garmin to Songlate ALL new playlists show 0 songs inside. Only my first playlist is synced and ONLY the first time i did the sync. I did remove some of my songs from the synced playlist, but they don't disappear in Garmin, no matter how many times you do re-sync.

Synced playlists from YouTube stop working after a month, but I think that's a YouTube constraint, not a Songlate constraint. An overall great service that makes clever use of YT APIs.

In that case, it looks like you have some kind of connection problem because the site exists and is working. In addition, the error code 500 that I see in the URL indicates a problem with reading the server's response.

I have put two enquiries for refund of €9.99 to Janousek (developer) as I was charged twice for this app on both 15 August and 17 August 2022. Can clearly demonstrate I paid twice and sent banking confirmation of both transactions. I find him to be both rude and completely dismissive. From initial submission, I got back one liner: "I only see one transaction". Then when I clearly showed there were two transactions and provided proof, got back "I only see one, contact X". Basically not my problem, now take it up with someone else. Avoid dealing with this product and person. His terse responses to all say it all really. Can't wait to see see what he responds back here! I don't write bad reviews, but he's both rude and unhelpful.

Hello, I'll write you the same thing I wrote in my email. You need to contact the payment gateway. I can't give you a refund for a payment I never received. You say you sent me a confirmation from the bank, but you didn't. You only sent me some screenshots from some mobile app that confirm nothing at all! If you made a payment, you must have received a confirmation from the payment gateway including a payment reference number. And this number uniquely identifies the payment. But you didn't provide that. If you didn't get it, you must have some transaction identifier assigned to it by your bank (you didn't provide that either). And with this identifier you can contact both your bank and the payment gateway (as I wrote to you), which can solve the problem. To be sure, I repeat once again: I cannot refund a payment that I have never received from you!

I am able to create a Songlate account, link it to my google drive, and upload music. I've also installed it on my Garmin Forerunner 945. But I am unable to link the two and when I try to sync from Songlate on my watch, it locks on a screen that says "Open Garmin Connect Mobile on your phone to login to Songlate." I have to reboot the watch to use it at all. There is no login or any screen to access Songlate on my Garmin Connect app. This software does nothing!

If you have your watch properly paired with your phone and you don't see the login screen on your phone, then you have a problem with your watch. Make sure you have the latest version of firmware on your watch and the latest version of Garmin Connect on your phone. If so, contact Garmin support.

Works fine, be aware for google users the permissions for this app will appear to be from an iPhone, the user-agent I am guessing. I didnt know this and removed the permissions thinking "I dont have an iPhone" only to find Songlate was disconnected.
